It's finally beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

It's been a very busy holiday season. My youngest got married on Dec 7, then my uncle had a heart attack on Sunday and had bypass surgery on Thursday. I'm glad to report that a full recovery is expected.  And to top it off I have caught a little stomach bug.

But I am managing to finally make it look like Christmas and it's a good thing too, as the big family meal will be at my house this year.  I thought I'd share a few of my Flea Marketed, and junky vintage decorations with you. Some I've shown before, some are new. I hope you enjoy.

I had to have this crate when I found it back in June :)

I typically like my regular decor and don't really like putting my prizes away for a month. So I just decorate around most of them.

I love this red Cathringholm bowl, and the graphics on this old box of snow.

I hope you are enjoying decking your halls and that you and yours are all healthy and happy this Holiday season.

Let's count down, Advent Calendar Family Project, Names of Jesus

I've done this for several years now and it is always so much fun.   I was
Inspired by  Jodi's Jesus Tree project.
It's a  "follow along Advent Calendar" I'll be doing with all of you.

Each Day, I'll draw an ornament from the basket.  Below are the first 7 days.
Each ornament will have a special meaning that relates back to the Reason for the Season, or names of Jesus etc.

I'll start on December 1 and go through Christmas Eve.
I'll post the Ornaments as I go, a few at a time.
You can  see the complete calendar project on my  pinterest page.

Have your little ones follow along as well.

If you want pre-printed tags  go  here .
And they are much better than the ones I made.
